Cancun Grille® Inc. is a California corporation that was formed to engage in the development, operation and promotion of a chain of quick casual restaurants (QCRs) that serve a wide variety of freshly prepared, deliciously authentic Mexican food with a flavor of the Caribbean.

The goal of Cancun Grille, Inc. is to become a leading national restaurant brand known for defining the standard in fresh, authentic Mexican food with a flavor of the Caribbean. Trends are favorable indicating an upswing in the demand for authentic food versus precooked food that so many of Cancun Grille’s competitors offer.

Cancun Grille intends to offer customers a warm, homey and inviting environment combined with fresh and flavorful food. This approach to food preparation is integral to the Cancun Grille concept... always fresh, tasty and healthy.

The menu will offer a wide variety of entrees including burritos, tacos, charbroiled fish tacos, fajitas, taquitos, enchiladas, tostadas, quesadillas, nachos and an all-you-can-eat salsa bar. An average guest check, including all-you-can-drink refreshments, will range from $7.25-$7.50, providing customers with an exceptional value for large portions served consisting of exceptional quality, flavor, uniqueness and convenience.

Banquet facilities will also be available and a take-out and pick-up order counter for those rushing home or back to the office. For parties, our catering service will make your home parties and other festive occasions a memorable experience. Customers will be entertained Friday and Saturday evenings and on other special occasions by Mexican singers and musicians called mariachis.
