Summary
Water, a fluid that is absolutely indispensable for life
and a support to innumerable chemical reactions, its a primary
resource for the water bottling industry, that sooner or
later will displace the soda industry.
As a chemical compound it questions at this time, quality
problems, consumption, availability, marketing and distribution
that needs to be resolved.
Because Colombia is a country in development consequently,
bottled water is not that well known yet, given the complexity
of the market and the difficulty in the distribution, but
just as in the United States as consumers see the need and
benefits of this product, it will make this business a very
attractive one.
The
attempts by some water bottling companies, by either chemically
treated or natural spring water, that even through times
of difficult circumstances, it's worth participating in
educating the public in the value of water consumption as
a basic beverage.
Introduction
Water, in it's natural state is not completely pure, that
is to say chemically pure, it always carries with it dissolved
minerals, substances in suspension and bacteria, taken by
it's contact with the mineral world, vegetation, and animals.
In the case of spring water of "'AGUADlTA"because
it's a place that has been hardly Invaded or touched by
man. it makes this water of optimum quality and highly pure
for bottling as "Spring Water".
Nevertheless; the chemical analysis results
advise us to do a general treatment, in order to obtain
one hundred percent of the quality.
That treatment is developed
in a very conventional form, basifying it quickly, micro
filtering, activated carbon, sterilization and bottling.
Natural
Water
As humans. The tendency for water bottle consumption is
that they be "natural" given the cost that they
need to pay for a minimum quantity.
Precisely, the Springs of the rural zone of "AGUADITA"
present that characteristic of being that type of natural
water with layers of high basic mineral content for the
fertilization of human life, in zones where vegetation is
abundant and where vegetation is abundant and where contamination
by contaminating agents is null.
Besides the mineral components presented in spring water,
there is also dissolved gases and substances in suspension,
that for a greater naturalness and potability of the water,
it is removed in the process of basic polishing.
